Hey Chef Howard - thanks for the much needed restorative lunch yesterday. The chorizo & pears were better than ever, and I could eat that curried cauliflower every day without a problem. I also really liked the new menu, particularly the expanded 'rice & pasta' section which brings you firmly into the 'platos principales' realm. Looking forward to trying them!

The gazpacho was in a style I had never tried before - more like a cold vegetable bisque and with much more vinegar bite than what one would expect. Just like sangria, this is one of those dishes that every restaurant in Spain makes in its own unique style, no two are ever the same!

Hey Chef Howard - it has been way too long since our last visit! We strolled by yesterday evening but you were closed for a private party, so we looked in the windows in the most forlorn manner possible... LOL

We will have to buckle down and make a reservation soon, before our holiday travel season begins in earnest. We're spending Thanksgiving in Italy of course, and Christmas in Boston, New York, and Philadelphia, and in between there will be the usual whirlwind of house parties and cocktail gatherings here in Jacksonville. I will try for next week?

Chef, we just love your food. Everything is so personal and so special. Tonight, we ate fresh, original, and delicious food at your restaurant. The soups, the bread, the vegetables are always extraordinary. And the seafood is superb. Thank you for becoming one of our top restaurants.
